Instructions for Use
The instructions for use of Cordys medical devices are supplied in electronic form. A PDF viewer is required to open the instructions for use (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader). A paper version of the instructions for use can be requested by sending an email with contact details, requested device name, device version and language to info@cordys.health. The instructions for use shall be provided at no additional cost within 7 calender days. The instructions for use for all Cordys medical devices and device versions can be downloaded below.
